2007 Triumph 195 - Reasonable boat?

I have found a used 2007 195 for sale locally. Not sure of the exact price at this point although I am wondering if it is a reasonable boat to purchase. From research, my two concerns are the "plastic" hull and the fact that Triumph is no longer being made (no chance of any sort of factory support).

We live on the Chesapeake bay and would use the boat in the bay in the brackish water of the mid bay. The boat in question has a 135 Honda four stroke on it.

Thoughts/ideas/suggestions?

Thanks

I've same year and make... mine had the f115 .. I got a non reusable offer from the guys at inflatable boat specialists out of ventura, bout 4700 off New price a 175 SHO vmax. It was crate scuffed w a broke plastic cowling, which they replaced.. AND. Touched up the scuff mark, it's hardly noticeable now... May look at that option....This rig now performs like a gold medal Olympic decathlon athlete... all around amazing performance, hole shot, power, corners at almost WOT hard and tight...
I never thought to put trim tabs on w the f115... I'm sure would have helped a lot, I looked at repowering w your 135 Susie, but for cost and only like 80lbs difference. 410 vs 490.I went bigger. ... didn't make a noticeable troll speed change in how she sits in water at all, he'll even if, I'd just relocate some gear forward!!
I am in process of fabing an aluminum deck add on to the bow spirit, to mount my minnkota on... id also like to have a full hard deck up front... and mount a fish chair...

Anyone placed a full deck plate across the 2 holds up front? I'd like to put a through pedestal to floor chair up there...

I have a 2012 195CC with a 150 hp Mercury. Never had a noticable issue with the boat but had to change the alternator on the engine last year. I putted 550hourd on the boat up to date and I love it. I fish on Lake Ontario, St-Lawrence River on the salt water section for stripped bass, cod and mackrell. I handeled waves upto 10 feet on both lake Ontario and St-Lawrence river without issue. You will reach your own limits well before boat’s ones.
For the plastic hull its a breeze to keep clean and fix. A great fishing machine!

Zoomjay, it's been a while since you posted. Did you buy that boat?
