had these in a place last year, made several times at home
angels: large shrimp butterflied,oyster and cream cheese, sprinkled with garlic powder and hickory smoked salt then wrapped with a piece of bacon skewered with a tooth pick.

put in oven and broil until bacon is cooked, note make many never seem to make enough
