Darn!! 200+ hours Replacing the impeller

I I am about to replace my impeller on my Suzuki DF 60. I suspect the replacement parts will be the impeller, and the water pump gasket. Do I need to chage out the water pump plate? And is there any sealants I should be using for the gasket??

I replace my impeller every other season... something about the idea of some cheap piece of plastic ruining a trip that I just can't stand...
