f150 tilt/trim motor replacement

Have 500 hours on 2006 f150TXR. Tilt motor quit. Cannot find any good after market units so will have to purchase OEM. With motor up and locked do I need to remove tilt unit to access rear motor mount bolt?

lync have you looked into having the tilt motor rebuilt.just a idea
