putting some money into my first boat, I had a question with these hoses with black caps are. I have a 150 cc 2004 triumph with 60 horse mercury outboard. Are these houses for some type of ventilation? and should I put a blower bilge on this boat? The hoses spread around like spiderwebs with black open caps. It looks like some type of ventilation. You can find it at the bottom of the center console.
