I had no issues with it (Seadek) on my console, just make sure it is a real clean surface naturally.
Back to the original question of years back our new Skiff has Seadek, but I have a buddy that has the same hull and removed his older Seadek and loves the new Aqua Traction he has installed. It does seem to be more of a closed cell design, and feels real good on the feet
I am looking at SeaDek and Aqua traction. I think they will give my feet more comfort and traction as well as add a little pop to my old Work-N-Dog.
I am wondering if anyone that has it believes it Is worth the expense.
If... You have any of those grey panels on yours and it is July in Florida. You will hate the day your Momma gave birth to your "feets" as you dance around on them in bare skin
See the 1st sentience in #3 above and I had some sent to me by Seadek years ago for testing on a Triumph Boat.
You could also go the LWV (Luxury woven vinyl) route. That many of the builders are now using instead of carpet.
