Need a PDF manual for my Yamaha 704 remote control binacle

[Bad Habit]

My shift and throttle seem a little too stiff. I have disconnected at motor to test, and the binacle seems to be too stiff to operate smoothly. I have lowered the tension as far as it will go with no improvement.

Dissconnect the cables from the binnacle as well and check them for stiff movement.
