Never enough Checklists

As I have posted before, due to old habits from flying, I tend to use checklists for my boating as well. Recently when reviewing some of my equipment, I came to realize I have acquired quite a bit of gear that requires periodic attention. And thanks to my crappy memory and constant tenancy to procrastinate......the solution is yet another checklist.
I attached it here in case anyone else might find it useful. I keep this one in my computer with a calendar notification reminder.
