The anchor roller under the bowspirit was removed, the navigation lights removed from the top and the lens reversed and then fastened under the bowspirit in the same location. A loudhailer was added under the bowspirit.
The Minnkota is powered by two 1000 amp. marine deep cycle batteries and is capable of pulling the boat at about 4mph.
