2nd trip of the year

Wow what a rough year for fishing. I was able to head out for local inshore fishing, on monday the 19th. Best part of weekday fishing............NO ONE at the launch ramp...it was nice and quite. But i choose a day of no wind, no swells...and no tide change. Great day for site seeing and sun bathing...sucks for fishing. I was able to pull up one 20 inch barred bass, and one 18 inch barred bass. I kept them, they were big and fat. One octopus, and 3 sand sharks all released unharmed. Sure was nice to get out.
