Maybe it's because I have fished this lake, or maybe it's how this article moved me. But the lone survivor of this terrible accident recounts a chilling (literally) tale that should be a wake up call to all of us concerning boating safety.
Going out in any body of water, whether it be fresh or salt water, has it's risks. (I'm currently in the middle of the Pacific Ocean). Us Triumph boat owners have taken one very important step, we have decided that the unsinkable, and almost indestructible, nature of our boats is worth the drawbacks, whether it be real or imaginary, in the name of safety for ourselves and our families.
