Coastal water fees at ENP

Seems that ENP (Everglades "National" Park) sneaked by the public a coastal water entrance fee to be collected over their invisible marine boundaries without Congressional approval, that has the possibility of affecting millions of Americans across the United States.

So actions like this are just another level of insanity that needs to come to a stop. Don't visit ENP you are thinking? Trust me if left unchecked the "National" Park closest to you will be next one targeted... There are 25 coastal parks across the United States and NONE of them have coastal water fees – ENP would be the first if we don't stop it, and it would set a precedent for those other 24 parks so it must be brought under control now.
