HDS-8 / 10 with Broadband Radar & StructureScan

Has anybody bought themselves a HDS model Lowrance unit yet? I was looking at them with the new broadband radar and also the StructureScan (not out yet). The radar looks amazing for small boats with low emmision. plus the clarity NOT being pulse echo seems awesome. But I really wanna find out some feedback on the new HDS models. Are they as good as they say, have anyones units failed for any reasons? & does the higher output of the transducers spook the fish is shallow water (50Ft & less). If anyone hears anything, let us know.

Not yet, but glad that Lowrance did come out with it, this to help drive down the cost of Side Scan Sonar. Here is a link I found on the subject tonight.
