Help with Pitch and 3 blade vs 4 blade

I Have a Honda 150 4S and I want to change prop from a 3B, 14 1/4 X 19 to a 4 blade. Should I keep the pitch and diameter the same? I've been told increasing the pitch decreases RPM roughly 200 / inch. But what about number of blades? Any help is sure appreciated.

Normally you would drop an inch of pitch when changing from a 3 blade to a 4 blade. That being said try different props to place your engine in proper RPMs at WOT.
