Works fine for Bay shrimp or Gulf shrimp.
1) buy fresh shrimp or freshly frozen.
2) peel and bamboo skewer with 2 skewers so shrimp cannot rotate.
3) baste as needed with lime juice mixed with Italian Seasonings homemade
salad dressing on the barbie, turn frequently.
4) in a shaker full of ice, mix 1.5oz 1800 Tequila, 1.0 oz Cointreau, 1.0 oz Key
lime juice and 3 oz of Jose Cuervo Margaria Mix, shake and pour into a
salted rim glass.
5) try not to forget about the shrimp burning on the grill.
