Went back out on Sunday morning to be confronted by thick fog

so We could'nt work my best area.About 10:30am fog started to lift and the halibut bit alittle. In short order my friend Chris hooked a real line burner, he thought it was a shark, quite common in our harbor ,But I told him big butts run straight from pressure, not side to side. Soon gaffed 41inch,26 pounder. Moments later while prepping for photo, Chris gaffed 30 inch Halibut for me . Fog burned off, wind started to blow ,so we got out of there, Nice Morning, saw 1 other triumph, 190 I think

You rule, that left (west) coast seems to be happening.

Arrrrrrg

I am getting flusterated up here. I too went out this morning, you got the buts. I even made up Nefarious rigs, bought a new Okuma combo so my buddy could go with, got what we think were some good bites but no joy. Still gonna keep going till I get this a bit more reliable. :( Oh, my buddy and I were wondering why the beads between the hootchie and the hook, spacing?
