Hey...great...you will laugh, but I have yet to put the boat in the water...been so busy doing locum tenums travel assignments...EOV...that place has blossomed over the last 15 years

Yes, I like the 1700 skiff also, I was looking at the Carolina Skiffs when I found my 170CC last year. I wish Triumph had it then. I have heard rumors that Triumph is coming out with 19' skiffs, and maybe larger ones.

Don't feel too bad, I've only launched mine three times over the past year. I'm gonna try to get some trips going this summer, you'll have to join us.

Excellent...maybe you can show me how to launch my boat...haven't done that before...previous boats were always in dry storage and dropped in the water when I wanted to use them:)
 
Be more than happy to show you how to launch and recover your boat. It's realy simple, even if you are by yourself. It's one of my favorite things about the 170, great single-handed fishing boat! 757-403-2134 just give me a call if you are ever thinking about going out and I'll meet up with you.

Welcome aboard, I'm a new club member myself and a recent purchaser of a 170cc. My first time out with it won't be until late April or May when the ice is out.
