AWE yes tuna are close this year, and the japanese fleet have left the building
they have thier limits early. last sunday 2 of us for 7 Yellow fin, and 11 yellowtail. Yesterday 4 of us for 8 yellow fin and 9 yellowtail. water was great weather was great and fish close, within 15-20 miles But not all are getting them. Some folks are still getting skunked, like everything it is about being at the right place at the right time. 12- 14 hours on the water....but worth it.
