Pacer Group makes wiring and components for several boat builders and is truly Marine Grade. Their wiring is very flexible to use and pull around tight spaces and unlike others, where the coating was / is brittle and could crack, which is not good in a Salty Marine environment. More information for this US / Florida based company can be found here.

And here is a short video clip that explains even more ;)

And may your boat always have everything working when you want and need it :)

Very cool link Dave. Thanks!

Speaking of wiring, need to ensure that you are using a large enough gauge of wiring, to carry the needed current to lights and other devices work correctly ;)

The video's on this Thread are very educational. This and should help demystify some basic electrical concepts for those who did not have any formal education on such.

They also make for a great little refresher for us Old School Engineers who took this back in the 80's or older! You know who you are... Where words like Points and Condensers, 6 VDC systems having Vent Wings, High Beam switches on the floorboard, and analog recordings is not some Foreign Language type of term to you LOL :p

And you know, I still miss High Beam switches on the Floorboard! We could really make those lights "Dance" when I did not need to hit the Clutch :D
