I appear to have had another Lenco actuator short out? I've traced everything to the actuator itself by switching wires, buying new manual (basic) Up/Down controller. Initial symptom was the tab would rise but not deploy out/down. I could get it sporadically to work both ways while messing with the wiring but nothing that seemed like a permanent fix. Found a broken wired just above the housing and thought I had it solved but no.
Right now I think the only option is a new actuator but I am going to try and go as long as I can with starboard side tab and see if I can manage.
This is the same actuator I replaced about 4-5yrs ago, which I think Lenco was very nice to send under warranty.
