I have found a substitute in Auto Zone that is REASONABLY PRICED at $6.99.
It is a Bosch #3323 Filter.
Also a Mobil M1-110 works...pricier at $13

I have also found that the Quicksilver can be purchased at WalMarts for about $7 if the WalMart has a GOOD marine inventory. If the WalMart is near the water, chances are good they carry it.
