bunk boards

has anyone tried plastic, composite or,poly bunk boards covers on their bunk boards.do they mark up the bottom of your boat.carpet is coming off mine and was thinking about going with them and not carpet.If so let me know where you got them please.

Take a look at this. http://www.gatorbak.com/ I have not tried them myself and they do look kind of expensive.

When it was time to redo my 190 trailer bunks, I used marine salt treated lumber and carpet. If you use carpet make sure to get stainless steel staples.
