First fishing trip of the season

This Friday I'm leaving for Buffalo, NY to spend 3 days fishing for Salmon, Lake Trout, Steelhead and whatever's hungry. It will be my first real experience trolling for these fish and the first time I'll have my Triumph 195DC on Lake Ontario. The boat is ready willing and able and so are the fishermen.

As a side note, we'll be looking for the Anchor Bar, birthplace of Buffalo Wings.

Well, the trip was a success, my boat was officially christened, we caught 1 - 17lb king salmon, 1 - 14lb lake trout and 11 - coho salmon.

Nice Catch/.. salmon fishing on the great lakes is a blast. I try to get out every weekend on lake michigan. I bet that king peeled off some line
