Clarksburg Area
Got out just before 7AM and trolled Clarksburg until 3PM. A few people we spoke to had fish, but I only saw two being caught with my own eyes. Both cut plugs and spinners were working. We finally got a 10lb at about 2:15 on a silver bladed spinner with silver/yellow beads, 3oz weight, 90ft back. Marked lots of fish, they just didn’t wanna play.

Next time they don't want to play, try some of this https://pro-cure.com/store/ and see if that helps cover up the human (from handling) and foreign object smell, that lure may be giving off and turning them away

Are use that. I’ve been using the bloody tuna flavor. People out here say that’s a good one
