It rains a lot where I live. And, I can afford a few things, but I'm not into spending unnecessarily. So, I use an 8 x 10 white tarp and what's called hoop house clamps to make a t-top cover for the winter. The little clamps as you can see in the picture are just split PVC, but they're specifically made to hold plastic or a tarp onto metal piping. Where I live, many people use them to make temporary green houses. Bought two bags of them for $20, and a white tarp. Stretched it over, snap them on, and presto magico; very light weight and easy to remove and put on. Just an idea.

Excellent idea!

And they remind me of the Bimini Clips found quite a few years ago and I wonder how they compare? Sounds like a much lower cost at 1st glance?

Thanks for sharing that tip Brother

Very inexpensive. $12 tarp lasts 2 or 3 years and the clips last much longer.

Well I momma said I bought some....cant find them, ugh getting old sucks
