Mounting Location for Raymarine DSM25 Sounder

Have a 2004 210cc and recently purchased the Raymarine A60 package.
Where did you install the DSM25 Sounder that processes the information from the transducer?
Any thoughts?
It says in the manual that it shouldnt be in the engine compartment but,
it should be as close to the transducer as possible.

Mounting

The easiest location would be under the Console. I would then run the transducer wire to the module under the deck. Hope this Helps!
