Good day; I puchased a 2004 17 ft CC and was wondering where and how to mount downriggers and rod holders on my boat.

Welcome aboard. Glad you've joined us! I installed down riggers on my 215 but have not done so with a 170CC, so I can't help. You might contact Chad Merritt at MerrittMarine.com for his input on this.
