Question about Triumph 195 Trailer Schematic 2009

My boat is 2006 195CC. The four trailer bunks look flush at transom, but the "Triumph 195 Trailer Schematic 2009" shows 1" staggered inner two bunks and outer two bunks.

Question to the 195CC owner (especially 2007 and later models), is your trailer bunks flush at transom end?

Since I am going to replace trailer bunks, should I follow the 2009 shematic and make them 1" staggered?

No. they are staggered, as indicated. The transom is rounded a bit, so the inner bunks are a little farther back than the outer bunks. That might be why they look flush to you. My boat is a 2008 model.
