Shot the Florida Freeshafters Open on Saturday. Had a great time
Did almost 90 total miles out in the GOM. First drop was in 115ft and the water temp was 80, vis was 50 to 60 feet. Did a total of 6 dives with the last one at 75 feet on the Gunsmoke wreck where I nailed a 4 foot Cuda. Managed to place 32nd out of 80 some shooters. Got a nice Amber Jack, 5 nice Hog Fish and the Cuda for over 50lbs of fish gutted for the weigh-in. Attached are some pics of the Cuda.
